I have released the second issue of Tvashtar Sun. This new issue has citations or abstracts for 26 papers and links to all the Io abstracts for the LPSC conference. Featured articles include an overview of Ionian mountain formation models and a review of David Harland's Jupiter Odyssey. News and notes from the last two months are also in this issue.
