IJW / Laboratory and Theory Discipline I'm looking to retire from the lofty position of IJW Laboratory and Theory Discipline leader and need volunteers to replace me. If you're interested in taking over the position, please send e-mail to Glenn Orton, who chairs the IJW Steering Committee: go@orton.jpl.nasa.gov. Just think -- you could have total control over what goes on in the newsletter and Web page, and you would gain the admiration of a host (i.e., ~30) of grateful scientists.Melissa McGrath has updated the master list of laboratory needs in solar-system research. I've attached the new version, and the updated list will appear on the Web site soon. Dale Criukshank's paper from the Lab Astro meeting at Ames (May 2002) is also attached (Microsoft Word document).
