The Playful Building module is a product of the STAR Library Education Network project (STAR_Net), a national program to support libraries that provide — or want to provide — science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) informal learning experiences. STAR_Net is led by the National Center for Interactive Learning (NCIL) at the Space Science Institute. The project team also includes the American Library Association (ALA), Lunar and Planetary Institute (LPI), and National Girls Collaborative Project (NGCP).
