I am interested in the geology and geodynamics of the outer planet satellites. In the past I have studied the formation of tectonic mountains on Io. Now I am exploring using cratering statistics as a tool to determine relative ages of the satellite surfaces and features on those surfaces in addition to resolving the outer solar system cratering rate. I also am interested in studying the distribution of features on Europa, such as chaos regions and domes, which may provide constraints for dynamical models of the ice shell.
