| Description | Sample 15220 was collected from the rim of the secondary impact crater made by the large rock at Station 2, about 1 meter northeast of the large rock. Samples 15210, 15220, and 15230 are all representative of the fine grained upper part of the regolith at Station 2. Except for the large boulder itself, the immediate sample area is underlain by sub-centimeter fines with a few scattered consolidated fragments no larger than 10 cm in diameter. |
