This invitation and final announcement was mailed only to those selected to participate. The preliminary agenda serves as the ONLY notification of which
abstracts have been selected for presentation. Time constraints have limited
the number of presentations that could be accepted, and those abstracts
most relevant to the meeting purpose were selected for oral presentation.
Speakers need to plan to limit their presentations to 20 minutes, allowing
10 minutes for questions/discussion and change of speaker. Other participants
whose related projects would benefit from the information exchange and
discussion, and who would make contributions to the discussion related to
their current projects, were also sent this invitation and final announcement.
Speakers will have one slide projector and two overhead projectors to support
the visual aids used in their presentations.
The meeting will be held at the Lockheed Martin Astronautics Waterton Facility, which is nestled in the foothills outside Denver, Colorado. Directions, along with a list of local-area hotels and rates, are provided below. If you have questions concerning the meeting location you may contact the local organizer, Larry Clark, at [email protected].
Registration will begin at 7:45 a.m. on Thursday, February 11. A continental breakfast will be served during the hour prior to the start
of the technical presentations. Participants will be responsible for their
own lunch and dinner; these meals will not be provided.
Participants may receive messages during the meeting by telephone at
301-971-5752. Technical sessions will not be interrupted to deliver messages
except in the case of an emergency. Messages will be posted on a board near
the registration and staff desk.
