The NASA Astrophysics Data System, the IAU Central Bureau for Astronomical Telegrams, and the IAU Minor Planet Center announce the availability of the IAU Circulars, and the Minor Planet Electronic Circulars through the ADS Abstract Service.

The circulars will be sent to ADS as soon as they are released; ADS will immediately include them in its index to the astronomical literature, so that a user searching for new Circulars will find a new one within minutes of its release.

ADS will index the whole text of each circular, the title, and the authors. In addition ADS will maintain an index (provided by the CBAT/MPC) to the names of astronomical objects in the circulars.

The title, author, and object names will be freely available through ADS. The whole text of the circulars will be kept by the CBAT/MPC and will be linked to by ADS. Access to the IAUC are currently restricted to subscribers, while access to the MPEC is not restricted.
