On Sunday evening, September 30, registration and a welcome reception will be held in the foyer of the Southwest Grand Ballroom at the Hilton Houston Hobby Airport Hotel.

Registration will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., with a welcome reception to follow from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Hors d'oeuvres and assorted beverages will be served.

Participants are encouraged to check in on Sunday night to avoid the Monday morning rush before the first session begins.
