South Shore Harbour Resort & Conference Center is a beautiful, award-winning hotel on the shores of Clear Lake. For your convenience, we have negotiated with the hotel to offer a rate of $95.00 per night (up to four people per room; executive king suites are available for $120.00). While we realize that this rate is higher than the GSA rate (see note below), it is substantially lower than the normal corporate rate for these rooms. Remember, both the oral AND poster sessions are being held at this location, and parking and shuttle service are free, so meeting participants will find that it is much more convenient to stay at this hotel.

Please note that South Shore Harbour is located in Galveston County, so the current GSA rate is $76.00; the rate for Harris County, in which the LPI and most of the other Clear Lake hotels are located, is $73.00.

Please be aware, however, that the number of rooms is limited. We encourage you to make your reservations early to ensure that you will be able to secure a room. To make a reservation, contact the hotel using the information shown below, and identify yourself as an LPSC participant.

Transportation to/from George Bush Intercontinental Airport can be arranged through Clear Lake Shuttle (281-334-3873). The current rate is $85.00 (one way; $10.00 per additional person).
