Requests for Peripheral Meeting Space

LPSC Peripheral Policy —

Meetings held in conjunction with LPSC must meet certain criteria in order to garner the financial and resource support of LPI and LPSC. Due to limited space and resources, and the increased number of peripheral meetings, requests for space and preferred dates are not guaranteed.

All requests must be submitted using the request form, and must be received by 5:00 p.m. U.S. Central Standard Time (GMT –6) January 18, 2013.

Requests received after this time will not be considered.

Criteria for Meeting Space Requests —

• Must not be an independent science session to be held within the scope of LPSC
• Must discuss science or mission planning activities, education/public outreach activities, or to discuss business matters of mission activities
• Are not scheduled during the regular technical sessions of LPSC
  Meetings will only be scheduled between Sunday, March 17, and Friday, March 22, 2013
