Oral Presentations —
Oral presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes per talk: 10 minutes for speaking, and 5 minutes for discussion and speaker transition.
Audio-visual equipment provided will include laptop PCs and Macs and an LCD projector. There is no option for dual-screen presentations.
Presentation validation will be in the Sterling Ridge Room. Checking in oral presentations is the most important step presenters can take to ensure their presentations are successful. Those presenting on Monday morning should check in their presentations on Sunday evening when they register.

Poster sessions will be on Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Poster presenters are expected to be present at their poster on their assigned evening.
Poster location assignment guides will be available in the Town Center Exhibit Area and at the conference registration desk.

Tired of carrying poster tubes on an airplane? The LPSC organizers are happy to announce that AlphaGraphics will again provide poster printing services for those who don’t want to deal with the hassle of lugging their posters to the conference.
AlphaGraphics will have a staffed booth at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott where you can pick up pre-ordered posters or place orders for posters beginning on Sunday, March 17. Posters will be delivered two times a day and can be picked up at the AlphaGraphics counter located on the first floor of the conference center, outside the Town Center Exhibit Hall. Having free onsite delivery saves time and money. For the ease of taking your print back home for future use, the price also includes a durable tube should you need one.
Poster Orders
Poster presenters can order their posters on-line anytime at www.txagprinting.com - on-line orders can also be placed after the conference starts (please use the internet connection in your room instead of the hotel Wi-Fi for uploads via the internet) or on-site at the AlphaGraphics counter beginning Sunday, March 17.
