The NASA Outer Planet Assessment Group Meeting will be held in Ballrooms CD from July 23-24, 2014 at the Doubletree Bethesda Hotel and Executive Meeting Center, located at 8120 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814. The hotel is conveniently located three city blocks from the “Bethesda Metro Station” on the “Red” Line.
Please register early in advance for this event online to ensure adequate facility and accommodation. Enter your full name and affiliation as you would like for it to appear on your name badge for the event.
The deadline for sleeping rooms at the group rate is Monday, June 23, 2014. After the prescribed deadline or cut-off date the hotel will determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space-and-rate available basis at the group rate.
