SBAG Steering Committee Position

The SBAG Steering Committee is composed of members that represent the diverse nature of the SBAG community, and each member serves a multi-year term. There is the opportunity to join the SBAG Steering Committee in August 2014, and in particular, individuals with small bodies expertise in cometary science, planetary defense, human exploration activities, technology, or another topic that would complement the continuing Steering Committee members are particularly encouraged to express their interest. To indicate your willingness to serve on the SBAG Steering Committee, please email Nancy Chabot ([email protected]) and include a CV by July 25.

SBAG 11 Meeting – Hotel Deadline of June 30

The 11th Meeting of the NASA Small Bodies Assessment Group will be held July 29-31, 2014, in Washington, DC. The deadline to reserve a hotel room at the group rate is Monday, June 30. Visit the SBAG website for additional meeting details: http://www.lpi.usra.edu/sbag/

Please register if you plan to attend the meeting. Registration is free but helps to assist with planning and also enables continued support of SBAG meetings.
