This is a friendly reminder that the deadline for submitting lunar sample requests for the Spring 2015 CAPTEM meeting is Friday, February 13 at 5 PM CST. By this time, an electronic version of the sample request should be emailed to me ([email protected]) and to the special email address we have set up for this purpose ([email protected]). A signed hard copy of the sample request (on university letterhead) also needs to be sent to me by snail mail as close to the deadline as possible. We will be treating this as a hard deadline (electronically), similar to an abstract deadline, with no exceptions allowed.
