Poster printing options will be available again this year. For advance and/or onsite ordering details, visit the Information for Presenters page.

Create your own personal itinerary for the week —

Use My Personal Schedule in the USRA Meeting Portal to create your own schedule for LPSC. One simple click of the mouse can add a presentation to your personalized schedule (clicking again will remove it). This year the posters (including poster location numbers) are included! View your schedule on your smart phone, or share it with a colleague, using the “My Schedule Summary” link!

Apply to be one of the official LPSC Microbloggers —

We will again be inviting interested participants to apply to be one of our official conference microbloggers during the week of LPSC. Selected microbloggers will be expected to use their social media outlets to report on what’s going on during the conference. More details and an application form are available on the Social Media page. The deadline for application is February 20.

Register for the conference —

Register using the electronic registration form. Remember that the deadline for registering at the reduced rate is February 22, 2015.

Make your hotel reservations —

All the hotel rooms at the conference venue are sold out, but there are many other hotels in the area (with a variety of rates) that will be on the conference shuttle route. The other hotels are filling up quickly, so we encourage you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. Room blocks will close on February 16. For more information, visit the other area hotels section of the website.

Check out the E/PO events —

Based on requests from the LPSC science community, there are expanded E/PO opportunities for scientists this year, including workshops on communicating as well as the Sunday higher-education faculty-workshop. For details, visit the E/PO section of the conference website.

We look forward to seeing you in March!
