26. Wind Ripples at VL-2

There are fewer drifts of aeolian material at VL-2 than at VL-1, but some of the deposits show depositional, rather than erosional, morphology. Arrows denote what are probably wind ripples. The trough in which the ripples are located may be a frozen ground phenomenon.
