Laboratory and TES data from our LPSC 2002 Abstract.

These values are in our LPSC 2002 abstract (in Adobe PDF) including Figures 2a and 2b. These spectra are of a smooth, hematite-rich coating on a ferricrete sample; and a region on Mars that exhibits a signature consistent with hematite.

The data are:
-1. Lab spectrum of the hematite-rich coating. First column is wavenumber, and the second is biconical reflectance. Paul Adams (The Aerospace Corporation) measured this spectrum in his laboratory there. Frances Westall provided the sample from Australia.

-2. TES signature consistent with the presence of bright dust and the hematite coating . This is an average of 7 TES spectra in apparent emissivity that have had an ISAC atmospheric compensation applied. Matching wavenumber values are here.

-3. TES signature consistent with the presence of coarsely particulate or solid silicate and the hematite coating . This is an average 7 TES spectra in apparent emissivity that have had an ISAC atmospheric compensation applied. Matching wavenumber values are here.
