Educational Posters

Two posters have been developed to explain important consequences of impact cratering:

• Environmental Effects of Impact Cratering
• Geological Effects of Impact Cratering

These two posters were originally printed in a full-color 23 x 29 inch format.  They were developed by Dr. Kring and his staff when he was Director of the NASA Space Imagery Center at the University of Arizona.  The posters are now available for electronic download from the Space Imagery Center.  For those teachers and students who are trying to locate the posters through Dr. Kring’s current LPI websites, we provide a duplicate of the download process here.
