2009 Annual Meeting of Planetary Geologic Mappers
This is the first announcement for the 2009 Annual Meeting of Planetary Geologic Mappers to be held June 25–26 at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. In addition, a Geographic Information Systems Workshop will be held prior to the meeting for funded mappers and their post- docs/students. If you are interested in this workshop opportunity, e-mail Leslie Bleamaster. Additional details concerning the workshop will be provided soon.
A 2-page, LPSC-style abstract is requested for inclusion in the the annual meeting report. If you are a funded mapper, you are required to submit an abstract, even if you can't attend the meeting. The abstract deadline will be June 1. A reminder will be sent at a later date.

The International Conference on Comparative planetology Venus-Earth-Mars (The 43rd ESLAB Symposium) will be held at ESTEC in Noordwijk, The Netherlands 11–15 May 2009. The official conference web-site is now on line. Abstracts are accepted until 2 March.
