Extremities: Geology and Life in
Yellowstone and Implications for Other Worlds

Extremities Workshop -- Index

The Extremities teacher training workshop was held in late July and early August, 2002. We spent the first four days in Yellowstone National Park looking at the geology of volcanic regions and some of the extreme environments of the Park, and the final three days at Montana State University (Bozeman, MT) in classroom and lab exercises. Dr. David Ward of MSU was our host in the field and in the lab - we are grateful for his help and enthusiasm.

Starred items are the astrobiological core of the "Extremities" workshop.
