Whether you’re attending the Lunar and Planetary Science Conference (LPSC) or preparing for another conference, the LPI is offering two, free, online seminars that will provide information and resources to help you prepare. These sessions are geared toward students and early-career scientists attending LPSC 2023, but all are welcome to join.

Designing Accessible LPSC Presentations

Virtual: February 27, 3:00 p.m. CST

Do you have an oral or poster presentation at LPSC or another conference? Join this virtual, 60-minute seminar to learn from experts Dr. Jennifer Piatek, Dr. Cassandra Runyon, and Christine Shupla about strategies for making the format, colors, choice of wording, figures, and presentation style accessible to all attendees. Optimizing Your LPSC Experience

Virtual: February 28, 3:00 p.m. CST

Are you planning to attend a science conference and looking for information on how to prepare? Join the LPI for a virtual, 90-minute program that will explore topics like networking, time management, in-person and remote presenting, and more. You'll hear from planetary science experts and LPSC veterans, Dr. Jani Radebaugh and Dr. David Trang, about how to get the most out of the conference experience.
