Cometary nuclei, interplanetary dust particles and Martian subsurface
E-mail: lasue@lpi.usra.edu

Research on the physical properties of cometary and interplanetary dust particles from remote observations and laboratory experiments. Recent work has included multivariate statistical analysis of interplanetary dust particles.
Research on the thermal evolution of icy subsurfaces, more particularly for cometary nuclei (as well as simulations of their internal structure) and the Martian subsurface. I am a member of the Rosetta space mission scientific working group, and participate in the CONSERT radar studies which will determine the internal properties of a comet nucleus (67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko). Recent work include observations of the target comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko.
