The example shown in the template uses initials and last names for authors.
However, the use of initials is not a requirement, and authors are welcome to spell out first names
if they prefer.
* Note that ALL abstracts MUST be converted to PDF format before submission.
If you are unable to produce a PDF file, you must send your source file (Word or PostScript only) to the
Meeting and Publication Services Department at
[email protected] at least ONE WEEK prior to the abstract deadline.
Your source file will be converted to PDF format and then e-mailed back to you.
You are responsible for submitting the PDF file before the abstract deadline.
