Agenda (with Presentations and Recordings)
Findings
MEPAG meets annually (in-person or virtually) in an open meeting and virtually as otherwise needed, including upon request by NASA. Between meetings, activities are handled by the MEPAG Chair, supported by the MEPAG Steering Committee. The date, and logistics of MEPAG meetings are announced via MEPAG and planetary newsletters. MEPAG meetings are open to all members of the planetary and Mars exploration community. International participation is welcomed and solicited as appropriate, including reports of activities by the various space agencies. All the meeting presentation are posted on the MEPAG website. Please coordinate with the MEPAG chair or any members of the MEPAG steering committee if you're interested in bringing up a particular topic to the MEPAG steering committee's attention for discussion at a future meeting, please email [email protected]
For information about future meetings, please sign-up to join MEPAG e-mail list.
The next MEPAG face to face meeting will take place May 2-4 in Denver, CO. This meeting will include discussion of the Planetary Sciences and Astrobiology Decadal Survey, Goals for Next Decade Mars missions, and Science Objectives for Humans on Mars, in addition to MEP and MSR Program updates. This meeting will also include a poster session focused on possibilities for potential future Mars missions, and will also include a joint overlapping session with the Science Objectives For Human Exploration on Mars workshop,
which will take place in the same location on May 4-6, 2022. Further details about the venue and how to participate in the poster session will be announced shortly.
Meeting Registration:
Registration fees are not being collected for this meeting, but registration is required. Registration for in-person attendance will be available through April 19, 2022, and virtual attendance through May 4, 2022. Before the meeting, registered virtual attendees will receive an email from Houston Meeting Info with virtual connection information.
