Fengzhen, The Fengzhen iron from China has been classified as group IIIAB by R. Bartoschewitz (Bart) and B. Spettel (MPI): bulk metal composition, Ni = 7.5 wt%, Cu = 117 ppm, Ga = 44 ppm, Ir = 0.61 ppm, Au = 0.79 ppm. Based on compositional data and similar find locations, it seems likely that Fengzhen is paired with the Liangcheng IIIAB iron. | ||||||||||||||||
