DISCOVERY OF THE FORREST, AUSTRALIA, STONY METEORITE Name: FORREST Place of find: Between six and seven miles ENE of Forrest station on the Trans-Australian Railway, Western Australia. 30°49'S, 128°13'E. Date of find: October-November, 1967 Class and type: Stone. Olivine-bronzite chondrite (H5). Number of individual specimens: 1 Total weight: 97.7 g Circumstances of find: Found by A.J. Carlisle, Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. Source: G.J.H. McCall and W.H. Cleverly. 1970.
