Found 1963 to 1999

Two meteorites listed in Meteoritical Bulletin 83 have now been classified by A. Rubin (UCLA). Lucerne Valley 002: class, LL4; shock stage, S2, weathering grade, W3; olivine, Fa_27.5±0.6. Lucerne Valley 017: class, L6; shock stage, S3; weathering grade, W4; Fa_25.5±0.6. Neither meteorite can be paired with certainty to any other find from this region.
