Carbonaceous chondrite (CV2 ?)

A complete individual of 30.6 g was found. Type specimen, classification and analysis, olivine-microporphyritic chondrules, olivine cores Fa0.3-6, margins and narrow zones along cracks Fa20, the semi-transparent matrix consists of sheet silicates and contains recrystallized patches out of Fe-rich olivine (Fa44), diopside and calcium carbonate, metal transformed to ironoxide pseudomorphs, Ca, Al-rich inclusions, F. Ulff-Moller, Institute of Physics, University of Odense, Campusvej 55, DK5230 Odense, Denmark [Ed: SDUO]. Information and main mass, David New, P. O. Box 278, Anacortes, Washington 98221, USA.
