Achondrite. Ureilite

A stone of 350 g was found in the Nullarbor, Australia. Classification and analysis, olivine Fo79, pigeonite En74Wo8, contains euhedral graphite crystals within and among the olivine and pigeonite grains; the mineralogy, textures and silicate compositions are essentially identical to those of Nova 001, so that these meteorites are probably paired; Allan H. Treiman, Code SN2, Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas 77058, USA. The location of the main mass is unknown, a thin section used for analysis is in the Max-Planck-Institut fur Chemie, D-6500 Mainz, Germany. Information, David New, P. O.
