Sinawan 003 and 004 Jabal al Gharb, Libya Found 1991 Together with Sinawan 001, 002 (Met. Bull. 71) two more stones were found: Sinawan 003 (30°54'N, 11°47'E) is a H5 chondrite, a broken individual of 10.9 g, analysis, olivine Fa18.8, pyroxene Fs17.1. M. Schliestedt, Mineralogical Institute, University Hannover, Germany, classification, main mass and information, R. Bartoschewitz, Lehmweg 53, 3170 Gifhorn, Germany. Sinawan 004 (30°58'N, 11°37'E) is a L5 chondrite and consists of 3 pieces which fit together. The broken surfaces are covered by desert varnish, the outside by fusion crust. Total weight is 22.4 g.
