Found 1998 August

Ordinary chondrite (H3)

A 6.7 kg stone was found by Bruno Fectay and Carine Bidaut while searching for meteorites.  Classification and mineralogy (P. Sipiera, Harper): olivine, Fa19.1; pyroxene, Fs16.7Wo1.8; olivine percent mean deviation is 7% (n = 18); contains dark clasts lacking chondrules. Specimens: type specimen, 150 g, DuPont; main mass, Fectay.
