Jiddat al Harasis 803 (JaH 803) 19°40’20.8"N, 56°13’22.2"E Al Wusta, Oman Found: Jan 2011 Classification: Ordinary chondrite (H5) Petrography: (P. Strickland, UAb) Chondrules mainly PO, POP and RP averaging 0.4 mm in diameter. Irregular and planar fractures and undulatory extinction visible in the pyroxene and olivine. Geochemistry: (C. Herd and P. Strickland, UAb). Olivine Fa19.1 ± 0.6 (n=21); Low-Ca Pyroxene Fs16.9 ± 0.1, Wo1.3 ± 0.2 (n=15). Specimens: 29.3 g type specimen, including thin section, are on deposit at UAb.
