Catalina 132 ~25°14’S, ~69°43’W Antofagasta, Chile Find: 2012 Feb Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L3) Petrography: Abundant closely packed, well-delineated chondrules Geochemistry: Olivine in the range Fa0.6-31.6 (mean Fa16.7±9.5, PMD=46%, N=14). Cr2O3 in ferroan olivine 0.04±0.04 wt.% (N=13). Low-Ca pyroxene Fs20.8±10.1Wo1.8±1.2 (PMD Fs = 41%, N=7). Magnetic susceptibility log χ = 4.69 (χ in 10-9 m3/kg). Classification: L3.
