Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L~6)

History: (Ziyao Wang) Discovered by Yingbin Zhu and Zhifeng Wang in the desert in Hongshagang Village, Jinchang City (Gansu Province) in Dec. 2018

Physical characteristics: (Ziyao Wang) Gray brown stone of 27 g

Petrography: (R. Bartoschewitz, Bart) gray, brown-stained, recrystallized matrix, with gray, defined chondrules (0.4-1.5 mm, av. ~0.8 mm), irregular metal and sulfide. Vugs and cracks are partly filled with iron-hydroxides.

Geochemistry: Magnetic susceptibility (R. Bartoschewitz, Bart) log χ (× 10-9 m3/kg) = 4.45

Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L~6, W3)

Specimens: 7.7 g on deposit at Kiel, Ziyao Wang holds the main mass, and 5 g with Bart.
