Northwest Africa 13806 (NWA 13806) ~31°15’N, ~4°30’W Morocco Find: 2015 Classification: Ordinary chondrite (H~5) History: Discovered by Ait Kabboura Imad close to Taguerount in 2015 Physical characteristics: One brown fragment of 7.6 g Petrography: recognizable chondrules of 0.2-1 mm (av. 0.6 mm) set in a brown stainted matrix with metal specks Geochemistry: Magnetic susceptibility (R. Bartoschewitz, Bart) log χ (× 10-9 m3/kg) = 4.72 Classification: Ordinary chondrite (H~5, W3) Specimens: 2.01 g on deposit at Kiel, Ait Kabboura Imad (Liege/B) holds the main mass, and 1 g with Bart. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
