Caleta el Cobre 060 (CeC 060) 24°14’43.0"S, 70°18’27.0"W Antofagasta, Chile Find: 2018 Apr 15 Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L6) Petrography: (J. Gattacceca, CEREGE) Highly recrystallized ordinary chondrite. The clasts have chromite and plagioclase to 200 µm. Abundant interconnecting shock veins. Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L6). L group based on magnetic susceptibility. May represent a lithological variation of the Caleta el Cobre 051 pairing group (L6-melt breccia). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
