Find: 2021 May 28

Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L~6)

History: (Ziyao Wang) Discovered by Xuefeng Yang and Tao Ma in the desert near Loulan (Xinjiang Province) in 2021 May 28.

Physical characteristics: (Ziyao Wang) Many brown stones without fusion crust. Their weights range from 27 g to 26.8 kg, in total 29 kg.

Petrography: (R. Bartoschewitz, Bart) Gray-brown recrystallized matrix with indistinct, lighter chondrules (av. 0.8 mm) and irregular, mainly oxidized, metal.

Geochemistry: Magnetic susceptibility (R. Bartoschewitz, Bart) log χ (× 10-9 m3/kg) = 4.51

Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L~6, W4)

Specimens: 24.3 g on deposit at Kiel, Xuefeng Yang holds the main mass, and 96 g with Bart.
