Classification: Ureilite

History: Purchased by Sean Tutorow from a dealer in August 2019 in Morocco.

Physical characteristics: The type specimen has a rugged, patinaed dark brown surface. The interior has a gray to brown shade in some areas.

Petrography: (A. Bouvier, UBayr) The specimen has a fine-grained texture (grain size from 400 to 800 microns) including ~80 vol% olivine, 15 vol% pigeonite, 2 vol% as orthopyroxene, and remaining as dark interstitial material that consists of varying amounts of graphite, metal, Fe-rich metal (~5% Ni), and weathering products identified as iron oxides.

Geochemistry: Olivine cores Fa_19.9±4.2 (n=21) and reduced rims Fa_6.1±3.6 (n=13), with minor CaO=0.4±0.2 wt% and Cr₂O₃=0.7±0.2 wt% (n=34), pigeonite Fs_16.2±3.2Wo_11.0±2.2 with the following minor element compositions Cr₂O₃=1.2±0.2, Al₂O₃=0.8±0.6 and TiO₂=0.06±0.06 (all in wt%) (n=8), and low-Ca pyroxene Fs_5.6±0.6Wo_1.1±0.1 (n=3).

Specimens: 14.7 g including a polished mount at UBayr. S. Tutorow holds the main mass.
