Classification: HED achondrite (Eucrite, unbrecciated)

Petrography: (K. Metzler, IfP) Unbrecciated granulitic rock, consisting of ~55 vol% pyroxene and ~45 vol% plagioclase. The mean grain size is ~0.7 mm (0.2-1.4 mm). Pyroxene shows augite exsolution lamellae (max. width ~10 µm). Accessories are troilite, Ni-bearing metal, and chromium spinel.

Geochemistry: Mineral compositions and geochemistry: Low-Ca pyroxene (host): Fs_42.0±1.4Wo_3.8±1.2(Fs_39.8-44.1Wo_2.7-5.8); mean Fe/Mn (at.): 27; n=10. Ca-rich pyroxene (exsolution lamellae) Fs_23.3±2.5Wo_33.5±3.4(Fs_19.7-26.7Wo_29.4-38.5); n=8. Plagioclase An_94.4±0.7Or_0.1±0.1(An_92.9-95.2Or_0.0-0.4); n=11. Oxygen isotopes (Tommaso di Rocco, University of Göttingen) δ¹⁸O=4.571, 4.418; δ¹⁷O= 2.146, 2.053, Δ¹⁷O=-0.265, -0.277 (all ‰).
