Classification: Ordinary chondrite (H6)

History: The meteorite was recovered as part of the Lost Meteorites of Antarctica project, which was funded in the UK by the Leverhulme Trust and supported by the British Antarctic Survey and the University of Manchester. These samples were collected as part of the project’s second field season in austral summer December 2019 - January 2020 by a six person field party consisting of Katherine Joy, Geoffrey Evatt, Romain Tartèse, Wouter Van Verre, Taff Raymond and Rob Taylor. Found on blue ice surface at Outer Recovery 4 (south) Icefields. Altitude 1539 m.

Physical characteristics: Mass: 116.049 g. Pieces: 1. Dimensions: 7 × 7 × 3 cm. A round, flight-shaped with roll over lip, whole stone with 100% dull black fusion crust.

Petrography: Equilibrated texture with some poorly defined chondrules (up to 1.2 mm). Metal and sulfide (up to 0.8 mm) throughout. Plagioclase grains up to 0.3 mm.

Geochemistry: Mineral compositions and geochemistry: All analyses by EPMA. Olivine Fa19.6±0.2 (N=8). Pyroxene Fs17.1±0.1Wo1.6±0.1 (N=8). Plagioclase An12.4±0.7Ab81.7±0.7Or5.9±1.3 (N=3). .

Classification: ordinary chondrite (H6)

Specimens: 112.77 g type specimen (main mass) held at the NHM London.
