Classification: Carbonaceous chondrite (CK5)

Petrography: Chondrules have a mean apparent diameter of about 800 μm, close to the CK mean. Groundmass is relatively coarse, about 60 μm, characteristic of CK5. Opaque phases consist mainly of magnetite and pyrrhotite.

Geochemistry: The mean olivine Fa value [Fa32.5 +/- 0.4 (n=16) ] is in the CK range.

Specimens: Field ID = LVnnn; likely paired to LV 028.
