Stump Spring 035 (SS 035)        35°59.6’N, 115°49’W

Nevada, United States

Find: 2003 May 13

Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L4-5)

Petrography: Monomict breccia with well-defined chondrules. Includes a 200 µm kamacite grain with high Ni taenite inclusions. UA 1965 thin section exhibits thick rind of darker chondritic material ~3 mm thick and two very low Fs chondrules (Fs4 and Fs12) with sulfide rims.

Geochemistry: Kamacite has 0.79±0.11 wt% Co
