Carpenter, WUSL) Well-formed, unequilibrated magnetite-bearing chondrules (apparent diameter 800 ± 540 µm, N = 20) are set in about 20 vol% of a fine grained matrix containing Cr-magnetite, troilite, pentlandite and minor secondary barite. Geochemistry: Olivine (Fa27.5±17.0, range Fa0.9-58.6, N = 12), low-Ca pyroxene (Fs3.1±3.9Wo3.0±2.0, range Fs0.9-7.6Wo1.1-5.0, Al2O3 = 1.2-2.9 wt.%, N = 3), pigeonite (Fs1.7Wo7.3, Al2O3 = 3.9 wt.%), diopside (Fs1.0Wo41.2), augite (Fs29.6Wo47.9), plagioclase (An77.5-87.0Or0.1-0.0, N =2), magnetite (Cr2O3 = 1.1 wt.%, 0.1 wt.%, N = 2). Classification: Carbonaceous chondrite (CV3). Specimens: 21 g including one polished mount at UWB; 650 g including 375 g main mass with Mr. J. Grønne; 121 g with Mr. M. Lyon; 12.4 g with Mr. D.
