Karaman 004 37°15’4.11"N, 33°32’59.15"E Konya, Turkey Find: 2021 Classification: Ordinary chondrite (LL5) History: Found by Mehmet Yesiltas during the systematic search of dry and flat surfaces in Turkey as part of an ongoing field work project. Physical characteristics: It appears to be half of a larger oriented rock that previously broke off. Most of the fusion crust is intact. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
