Find: 2019

Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L~6)

History: (Ziyao Wang) Purchased by Ziyao Wang from Weiwei Wang and Tailu Zhao in Shanshan/Xinjiang in 2019. This meteorite was discovered in the Loulanyizhi dense collection area in 2019.

Physical characteristics: (Ziyao Wang) irregularly shaped stone of 2.1 kg, with black fusion crust

Petrography: (R. Bartoschewitz, Bart) gray to brown recrystallized matrix with indistinct chondrules, metal and sulfide.

Geochemistry: Magnetic susceptibility (R. Bartoschewitz, Bart) log χ (× 10-9 m3/kg) = 4.60

Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L~6, W3)

Specimens: 20.3 g on deposit at Kiel, Ziyao Wang holds the main mass, and 110 g with Bart.
