Acfer 400 27°30.05’N, 3°51.97’E Tamanghasset, Algeria Found: Oct 2001 Classification: Carbonaceous chondrite (CR2) Petrography: Chondrules are up to 1.4 mm in diameter. There are coarse metal grains in matrix and decorating chondrule surfaces. The metal grains are up to 750 µm in maximum dimension. Likely paired with Acfer 394-400. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
