Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Find: 2012

Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L6)

History: The meteorite was found 2012 during a field trip to the United Arab Emirate desert and purchased by Jens Bäumer from the anonymous finder.

Physical characteristics: Dark brownish fragment with some fusion crust.

Petrography: The plagioclase grain size is about 80 µm. Contains black shock melt veins.
