Al Wusta, Oman

Find: 2012

Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L5)

History: The meteorite was found 2012 during a field trip in the Oman desert and purchased by Jens Bäumer from the anonymous finder.

Physical characteristics: Dark brownish fragment with some fusion crust.

Petrography: The plagioclase grain size is about 20 µm.
