Purchased: 2019 Sept

Classification: Carbonaceous chondrite (CK6)

Petrography: (J. Gattacceca, CEREGE) Recrystallized chondrite with abundant Cr-magnetite, accessory sulfides. Plagioclase average size is >50 μm.

Geochemistry: Olivine Fa32.9±1.0, NiO=0.68 wt% (n=3). Low-Ca pyroxene Fs25.9Wo2.9 (n=2). Plagioclase An30.7Ab66.6Or2.7. Magnetite has 3.9 wt% Cr2O3.
