Y980528 Brecciated eucrite
The PTS shows a brecciated matrix composed of granular clasts, breccia clasts, and mineral fragments set in a dark matrix. The meteorite is shocked and pyroxene and plagioclase show strong mottled extinction. The composition of low-Ca pyroxenevaries from En70Wo1 - En28Wo42 (FeO/MnO = ~31) and that of plagioclase is An96-87.
